We enjoyed our vacation greatly and were pleased with the accommodations. We have rented houses for the past several years at various locations in Kissimmee and Davenport and feel we have a good grasp on quality rental houses.
Given we had a last minute deal on the price we were very pleased with the property. It offered a lot of space with multiple washrooms. The layout was great. The outdoor washroom was a very nice convenience as we had kids who always had to get out of the pool to use it. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. and overall well equipped. The north facing pool was not an issue as we liked the large amount of shade for our young children but the majority of the pool was still in the sun.

The house was clean and neat with all kinds of 'stuff' in the kitchen needed for a 5 day stay. Beds comfortable, plenty of chairs. Very easy access to Disney and Sea World. Publix only 2 minutes up the street with all the other stores in that plaza--that was a real bonus

We spent 10 days here, and was not disappointed. A superbly maintained Villa that is very clean and extremely comfortable throughout, with all the necessary amenities in place. The pool is spectacular and offers great privacy. We would gladly return to this Villa and would recommend it to anybody looking for a nice cost effective place to stay in Orlando within a short drive away from all the theme park attractions.

Excellent Place to stay
Thoroughly enjoyed our 14 days at this villa.
Villa is very spacious, clean and well kept. Facilities are great - your own private pool and spa meant the kids could swim late into the night whilst the adults relaxed; PS2 +games; CD/Radio/iPod docking station; Free Wi-Fi Hi-Speed Internet - what more could you ask for!!! Location of villa is great - only a short drive to the local town and convenient to some of (cross out) the main theme parks and attractions, shopping outlets and Orlando airport.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing holiday, and look forward to going back in the future.
